Terms of Sales

VAT not applicable - article 293 B of the CGI

Minimum stay 3 nights in low and mid seasons (or more if public holidays), 7 nights minimum in high season.

Access and use of the property, the gîtes, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for people registered on the reservation form. No outside person is accepted if they are not informed on the reservation contract.

TOURIST TAX: €1 per day per adult (paid to the Tourist Office), free for children

CLEANING COSTS AND EXIT LINEN - SEE RATES DEPENDING ON THE ACCOMMODATION

NONO BREAKFAST, OR GUEST TABLES

25% DEPOSIT UPON RESERVATION and THE MAXIMUM BALANCE 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL

Conditions for cancellation by the tenant:

any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter

More than 3 months before arrival date: the deposit is refunded in full

Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival date: deposit kept, lost by the customer

If less than 30 days before arrival date: total amount due to owner

whatever the reason for cancellation, except in the case of a replacement reservation

NON-SMOKING house, rooms and gîtes inside (ashtrays are provided for this purpose outside)

Despite the affection and attachment for animals, they are not accepted
