VAT not applicable - article 293 B of the CGI

Minimum stay 3 nights in low and mid seasons (or more if public holidays), 7 nights minimum in high season.

Arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - Departure before 10:00 a.m.

Access and use of the property, the gîtes, the garden and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for the people registered on the reservation form. No outside person is accepted if they are not informed on the reservation contract.

* SUPPLEMENTS:

- TOURIST TAX: €1 per day and per adult (paid to the Tourist Office), free for children

- CLEANING AND OUTLET LINEN FEES - SEE RATES ACCORDING TO THE ACCOMMODATION

NO BREAKFAST OR TABLE D'HOTES

25% DEPOSIT ON BOOKING and THE BALANCE MAXIMUM 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL

(payment by cash, check or transfer; credit cards not accepted)

Conditions for cancellation by the tenant :

any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter

More than 3 months before the arrival date: the deposit is refunded in full

Between 3 months and 1 month before the arrival date: deposit retained, lost by the customer

If less than 30 days before the arrival date: total amount due to the owner

whatever the reason for cancellation, except in the case of a replacement reservation

NON SMOKING house, rooms and gîtes inside (ashtrays are provided for this purpose outside)

Despite the affection and attachment to animals, they are not accepted
